1. Introduction
This Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how the law office “Breshkovski Attorneys”, as well as the website www.breshkovski-law.mk, managed by the controller Attorney Ivan Breshkovski Skopje (hereinafter: “we”, “us”, or the “Controller”), collect, use, and protect the personal data of users, clients, and employees (hereinafter: “You” or the “Data Subject”) who visit and use our website www.breshkovski-law.mk, use our services, and enter into an attorney-client and contractual relationship with us. The purpose of this processing is the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship and contractual relationship for engaged persons, as well as the payment of salaries and compensation. Transfer of this category of personal data may also be made to a processor – an accountant – for the purpose of calculating salaries and contributions.
