International Protection of Human Rights

At “Breshkovski Attorneys” we have experience in representing before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg.

Domestic protection and court proceedings

We offer legal assistance and representation in all procedures for the protection of fundamental rights within the framework of national legislation:

• Protection from discrimination – representation before the Commission for Prevention and Protection from Discrimination and before the courts.
• Protection of property rights – representation in cases of expropriation, denationalization and other violations of the right to property (Art. 1 of Protocol 1 to the ECHR).
• Right to a trial within a reasonable time – filing applications for the determination of a violation and claims for compensation for damage.
• Right to liberty and security – urgent legal assistance during arrest and detention, representation at all stages of criminal proceedings.
